We purchased a SanSiro air jetted copper bathtub with a stand alone faucet filler in 2023. The products are excellent, look beautiful in our new outdoor garden spa, shipped on time, were crated expertly, and arrived in flawless condition via Fed Ex Freight (included), shipping cross-country from Florida to Washington State in 7 to 10 days from the date of shipment. We received excellent customer service and support. We are novices at doing DIY home remodeling installations ourselves, so we had lots of questions. The products were easily installed and came with easy-to-follow installation and operation manuals. The bathtub came fully assembled. It was easily plumbed by a local plumber using a quick connect drain kit (purchased separately) to an outdoor French drain that we constructed beforehand and placed underneath a gravel pathway out to a flower garden on our property, so that drained bathtub water from the garden tub can be used to help keep our flowers watered in hot, dry summer months. No more wasted bathtub water down the drain inside!

It was not damaged in shipping (which was a big concern of mine). I leak tested this thing and then literally slid it right into position. SanSiro Cosmos67 - Hello and good morning, I just want to let you know that I purchased a Cosmos bathtub about 3 months ago We had it installed into our new master bathroom when we were doing a major renovation. The bathtub looks great!!
Just to show it off, I am sending an unprompted picture of our Australian Labradoodle who posed in front of the beautiful bathtub. Even he looks proud of the bathtub! I have shown many friends and they say this is a ‘wow’ photograph and really shows off the bathtub. Thank you so much!!

SanSiro-AUG71CHS - We love our tub. It is beautiful and is wonderful to use. The only thing that negative is that installation was a little difficult do to the adjustable feet not Staying in place after getting them level. Having said that the tub is quality, beautiful, and fun to use!

Response from Baths of Distinction - So happy you love your tub. The adjustable feet should each have had two nuts on them, one to tighten to the bracket and one to fix the foot pad in place after setting. Not sure if the installer saw this, but we would have been happy to help if called. Thank you again for leaving the lovey review..

HLSL73FPK - This is the second bathtub I have bought from Baths of Distinction, the first one about 12 years ago, and this one just this year. They are beautifully made, strong, and have excellent hardware. The shipping is fast, with the tub and hardware very well packed, and amazingly, the shipping is free. Excellent product, excellent customer service and excellent prices.

This is actually my third clawfoot from Baths of Distinction. I love the tubs since they are truly warm to sit in, and the hardware is very high quality. Haven't used this one yet since we are still in construction, but I would recommend highly. Tubs are packed well, arrive in perfect condition and just beautiful.

I ordered the DESIGNER COLLECTION Luxwide Athena-USLCL54 54 Inch White CoreAcryl Acrylic Swedish Slipper Clawfoot Tub Package with an Umber Washed Silver Leaf Exterior about 4 months ago and could not be happier with my purchase! Everything went very smooth without a hitch, from wonderful customer service, to ease of ordering and finally to fast delivery of product, very well packaged and delivered. The Umber Washed Silverleaf color is spectacular. It is definitely more on the gold side, but that's just what I wanted. I highly recommend this company for whatever bathtub new or renovation project you have.

I searched high and low for the perfect tub. Every contender was way over budget. I found Baths of Distinction via one of my google searches and initially thought this seems too good to be true. I called and got Kim in sales and that began the best buying experience I can remember. I was still nervous that I would receive a tub that would not meet the high expectations I had. Being nervous turned out to be a waste of time. The tub is fabulous in looks and function. I admit I was suspect of the many glowing reviews they have listed, but here I am piling on. The service and product have no match In my humble estimation.

In this day and age, we usually expect delays for online orders, particularly when it comes to large items or appliances. From order to receipt of the item, this tub took only four days to reach us. Simply amazing for a large ground shipment. As far as the tub, it is exactly as described, beautiful, and well made. The included hardware was also of high quality and very attractive. We couldn't be happier with our purchase from Baths of Distinction! Highly recommend!

A few months ago we purchased a premium tub from Baths of Distinction for the master bath of our new home (just built), complete with powered water jets, air jets, a heater and chroma therapy. We ordered the tub online from the description and pictures shown on their website, and were concerned about shipping damage and if the product would live up to the description & pics. We've received the tub and are currently waiting on electrical/plumbing contractors to finish the installation, however, so far, we are thrilled by the look and physical quality of the tub, and the care taken in the shipping packaging. If the tub performs as well, I would say we received a great value, and excellent product from a quality company. So far, I would highly recommend Baths of Distinction.

If I could give extra stars I would. Admittedly, I’m what you would call a high maintenance buyer; tons of questions with expectations that everything will be in order as advertised. Kim in sales was both patient and astutely knowledgeable of tub offerings to fit client needs. Impeccable customer service. The quality of the tub itself is perfection. It’s aesthetically pleasing and more importantly keeps the bath water hotter than any cast iron I’ve experienced. Additionally the components are heavy and high end grade. Very pleased. These are far from the offerings of the big box stores. Ed in the technical department was also key to the success in our purchase and provided additional info on components and was a pleasure to work with during our install. Shipping of tub was fast and extremely secure, so to arrive in great standing without a single issue. All pieces marked and instructions very well written. This company deserves the many accolades and five star reviews they’ve received. 110% satisfied, which is a lot coming from a very discerning buyer.

Today was the first day I used my new tub and let me tell you - I LOVE IT! I was nervous ordering it online and never seeing it or sitting in it! My designer told me I’m nuts - order a Jacuzzi or another brand. So glad I stuck with my choice!!!! Could not be more impressed with the quality and function of the tub. Love the jets, Just enough, not obnoxious. And I can’t even hear the engine running!!!! LOVE the chromo lights Was worried about the drain being in the middle and raking my bottom side on it.
