At Baths of Distinction Inc., we are committed to offering high-quality products that stand the test of time. We extend the following limited warranties to the original purchaser for personal or single-family residential use.

Freestanding Tubs - 10-Year Limited Warranty
Jetting Components on Freestanding Tubs - 5-Year Replacement Limited Warranty
Freestanding Jetted Tubs Labor Costs - 1st Year Labor
Copper Bathtubs - 10-Year Limited Warranty
Walk-In Tubs - 10-Year Limited Warranty
Oasis Shower Tubs - 10-Year Limited Warranty
Faucets, Showers, Drain and Supply Lines - 5-Year Limited Warranty
Cold Plunge Units - One Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Exceptions can be made for developers or builders.

Warranty Claims & Service

In the event of a warranted issue, Baths of Distinction Inc. will, at its discretion
Provide replacement parts or components
Replace the entire unit if necessary
All replacement parts or repairs assume the remaining warranty period of the original item.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from: Improper installation or installation not in accordance with our instructions, use of abrasive or inappropriate cleaning agents, mishandling, abuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters, alterations from the original design orlack of routine maintenance or improper care. Carrier (these must be notified at time of delivery) installer, or third-party damage. Damage caused by pets or rodents. Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., water damage to surrounding areas, loss of use)

Geographical Scope

This warranty is valid only in the lower 48 States of the USA

Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. This warranty is limited to what is expressly stated here. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
