I just have to tell you after ordering my tub several months ago and putting it in our newly built home which we just moved into, I love love my tub!! I was very surprised how intense the jets are. I wasn't expecting them to put out the force that they do. Also I honestly had forgotten what the Chromotherapy button did. When I pushed it and saw the beautiful lights in the water, it made me smile and i told myself i did good picking this tub out. Its just beautiful in my farmhouse style home.

After visiting some local stores searching for a
freestanding tub (and seeing the price tag), I started looking online
for some alternative options that were more in line with our budget. I
stumbled upon Baths of Distinction and after seeing their fantastic
prices we wondered, could this be too good to be true? Like some
others, I was a bit uncomfortable about making a purchase such as this
one without being able to see/feel the product. After reading so many
great reviews about Baths of Distinction and their products, I decided
to reach out to this company for more information. Kim responded to my
inquiry immediately. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, answered all
of our questions, and even recommended a tub that would fit our space
and our personal heights much better than the tub we were originally
look into.
Now that the tub has been installed, my husband and I are simply amazed with the quality! Our plumber was also impressed with the installation instructions and how easy this tub was to install compared to some others. The quality of the tub is superb, the plumbing fixture is heavy duty and the quality is just outstanding. If you are doubting this purchase or having any second guesses, please do yourself a favor and just reach out to this company. Their customer service is better than anything I have ever experienced and they will definitely point you in the right direction. When you get your tub, you will have no regrets! We highly recommend this company and their products!

Just wanted to say if anyone is ambivalent about purchasing a clawfoot tub...Baths of Distinction will go the extra mile with knowledge. Customer service and beautiful quality tubs...I went through weeks of grueling research and Baths of Distinction was the crown jewel for an answer to my purchase. My tub looks like jewelry! We bought our tub about 3 months ago and love it so far! It is a great shape and holds heat very well. And of course it looks beautiful in our new bathroom! Definitely recommend. The staff at baths of distinction were also very helpful and always responded quickly.

I was reluctant to make such a big purchase online without seeing the product in person. I could not be more pleased. Our tub arrived on time and was packaged very well. It was perfect and looks beautiful in our newly renovated master bathroom. I would definitely recommend Baths of Distintion to friends and family.

We are a custom Builder and have been doing business with Baths of Distinction for about 5 years. During this time we have used multiple types of the Hotel Collection Tubs. The service has always been excellent and our customers all love the look of the tubs. the pricing is extremely competitive and the one time we needed help after installation, the response time was outstanding.

The quality of this tub and hardware is equal to, or surpasses, many other more expensive tubs. Fit and finish is very nice. Customer service was A+++ when I had questions about the tub and installation. A big item to purchase sight unseen, but don't let that deter you, the delivered tub will meet or exceed your expectations.

I am more than thrilled with my tub. The quality is outstanding and I was amazed at the power of the jets. I searched the internet on and off for about 2 years to find exactly what I wanted for my bathroom re-model. This was the only one I could find that had both air and water jets in a size that would fit the allotted space without having to deduct from the shower space. I waited so long because my budget really did not allow for the price of the tub. Thank goodness I increased my budget to get this tub because you Truly Do get what you pay for and this tub is worth every penny!!

Everything came in the package and it was delivered in perfect condition. Love the faucets for both the tub and vanity. Ordered a clawfoot tub for our new house for my wife. Checked the big box stores. Awful feedback and delivery months away. Found BOD online. Ordered one she liked and got to choose options. Came in in just a few days. Perfectly packed. Our contractor (years of experience) said he had never seen such a quality tub. All the 5 star reviews are really true. This company needs to teach other companies what true customer service really means. Wife LOVES her tub. Highly recommend this company - you will not be disappointed!

Customer service was great. Questions were answered very quickly. Ed was surprisingly very quick in response to my emails. Tub arrived in perfect condition, looks great. Like the fact it is made in the USA! Haven't installed it yet, but I expect it should work as good as it looks. So far, very pleased and would recommend BOD to anyone looking for a nice custom made tub.

From the initial research to deciding on options and purchasing a tub, Baths of Distinction could not have been more helpful. I appreciated the different options available with all the specs listed right on the website. It was also great to have several sizes available in each tub so we could best fit our area. During our decision making, I spoke with Kim in sales to get a better idea of tub depth and I am so glad I did. After speaking with her, we went with the French Bateau tub. It fills to 15" and can even go to 17" with an overflow blocker. I find the 15" is more than enough. I also love that the water stays exceptionally warm while bathing. Ordering, shipping, delivery, and installation all went very smoothly. I would recommend Baths of Distinction to anyone looking for a new bathtub.

Purchasing this from Baths of Distinction was the best decision I ever made. I never knew I could afford such luxury - quality exquisite and price too. I want to especially thank Bill and Kimberly for answering my endless questions and taking care of every minute detail up to and including delivery. This was the best shopping experience of my life because of them. I apologize for taking so long for this review but demolition took longer than expected! Happy New Year!

Love everything about this tub and shower assembly. It arrived in perfect condition and customer service is outstanding. Our plumber is installing in our new home under construction and he commented on how beautiful it looks. We put it in our new home's family bath. I know that seems odd to not have a modular shower in a family bath, but this is just stunning! I can wait to move into our new home and use it! :)

Shipping and packaging was great! Due to contractor issues was not installed until this week(10/24). Looks better than expected. Finally got to use it for the first time last night. FANTASTIC!!! I still have to figure out the air settings but that's no problem. I designed the bathroom around the tub and it came out perfect. More than willing to tell everyone where I purchased my tub. The only con is that the air pump is a bit loud.

Such a quality tub, fast shipping, and helpful company. LOVE IT!!! Easy to put together and looks incredible. I have not taken a bath yet (I'm a shower girl) but the shower in my old farmhouse with the not-so-great water pump is splendid! So very happy :-)

After shopping in local retailers and online we settled on Baths of Distinction's slipper pedestal tub and faucet pack as the best fit for our needs. The delivery of the product was very professional - everything was well packaged and clearly marked as part of our delivery and we were given very precise directions how to inspect the shipment. The tub and faucet are a joy to use and have made a handsome addition to our master bath makeover. These folks know their stuff.
