Bought a claw foot bath there over 10 years ago that we have been delighted with. The bath was removed last year for renovations after we were flooded out and when it was reinstalled we discovered part of the faucet was missing. Thought we would have to replace the whole unit but called Bill, the owner, and he dug out a replacement part the very next day. And he even remembered who we were after all that time. Now that is personal service for you!!!
