Each tub undergoes a meticulous five-step finishing process beginning with specialized primers, followed by a metallic liquid coating that contains 40% nickel particles. This high-nickel application is what creates the authentic, luminous chrome effect—without the weight or maintenance concerns of real metal. A final high-gloss spray enhances depth and sheen, and three coats of premium clear lacquer are applied to seal and protect the finish for long-lasting durability.
