contemporary bathtubs several years ago, our on-site inspectors quickly flagged
concerns about inconsistent installation quality. While factories performed
basic spot checks—typically testing only 10% of tubs—we knew that wasn’t good
enough.
Despite marked improvements in recent years, occasional
leaks still require repairs. We have been performing and continue to implement
a full overflow function and seal test, here in the USA, on every single
bathtub before it leaves our facility.
