Probably the MOST significant positive I can relay is the absolutely STELLAR customer service provided by Baths of Distinction. It started with the sales representative who worked tirelessly to find all available discounts at the time of sale. Then after delivery, between delays in construction, tub placement changes and concerns, along with our chosen faucet being out of stock, the company tirelessly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, and even went the extra mile to send additional supplies at no cost to us. I made an inquiry after hours by leaving a voicemail, and was called back that evening within an hour! The representative was able to walk me though some options to correct an incorrect cord placement (our fault NOT theirs due to having to reverse the tub), and he even sent replacement cords and materials by FedEx the next morning! This service alone would warrant 5-stars; however as mentioned above, the tub is gorgeous and performs every bit as advertised. freestanding tub (and seeing the price tag), I started looking online
for some alternative options that were more in line with our budget. I
stumbled upon Baths of Distinction and after seeing their fantastic
prices we wondered, could this be too good to be true? Like some
others, I was a bit uncomfortable about making a purchase such as this
one without being able to see/feel the product. After reading so many

It was very solid. I don't see how anything could move much at all inside the wooden crate that everything comes in. Shipping was very speedy, and detailed instructions are given about how to inspect everything when it is delivered. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. with the brushed nickel Edwardian faucet. The tub fit perfect and looks

Since that time we have followed their instructions on cleaning and the tub has (3 to 1 solution of simple green) has lost no luster. We do not use it during the summer, but between Dec and March we use it at least 5 times a week. I also have two other deep (Major brands) jetted tubs that I installed in guest baths. We never use them. We had one small problem with the faucet which the management immediately addressed and fixed after warranty was over. There is no doubt the shower is smaller than we are used to. We have been using the wheelchair-accessible shower that we designed for my Dad, about 6x larger than the tub shower! That said, I think the tub shower will work well for us. I like the grab bars for climbing in to the tub. The rain shower head provided ample water flow, and the only water on the floor came from the hand-held shower head. (I turned it on when it was pointing towards the glass enclosure and water seeped out under the glass.) The soap basket is essential, I think, and should be a standard feature. And finally, my shower curtain touches the bottom of the tub and so its hem will dry too slowly. I am going to shorten it by an inch to solve this problem.

open it to inspect. I erroneously obeyed, the tub was damaged, and could
have been out the cost of the tub. The customer care team understood my
plight, and sent another tub - which was in perfect shape. Now I have a
beautiful comfortable tub - the second one I have bought from this
company, and I will be purchasing a third in a couple years..

 November 2013 Well made and beautiful. I hadn't heard of this company before, but they were great! The first shipper bludgeoned the tub with a fork lift, and they priority shipped another one out. I called them before to work out the specs and they were right on- so installation was a breeze. The 3-speed jets work great, a bit noisy, but jetted tubs are noisy too, and these are self cleaning. I called three years after my original purchase to order a replacement part and received immediate, friendly and fast support. Paul, Rockingham, NH July 6, 2012 The gang at Baths of Distinction were lifesavers. In the process of redoing my bathroom, I (ignorantly) left the plumbing rough-in the same as the old bathroom. When my plumber arrived he informed me that the rough in was wrong for the supply lines I had planned to use and, since I was using rigid supply lines for my claw foot tub, the only way to fix the problem was to tear out the floor tiles around the supply lines and redo them. Of course the floor tiles were marble (and an absolute pain to cut holes in) and I had tiled the wall above so that would have to be redone as well. This is were Baths of Distinction came to the rescue. While flexible supply lines were an obvious solution, I couldn't find them in oil rubbed bronze. However, Baths of Distinction was able to put an oil rubbed bronze finish on a standard set of flexible lines. They worked like a charm and they look great....and he sent them to me for FREE! So I started looking around on the web, asking friends and family about Claw Foots. Both of my married daughters said that they have Claw Foot Tubs that they purchased on line from Baths of Distinction and that they were very satisfied with the product and support they received from the company. I went on line, and looked over their extensive product line. I ordered a tub with faucets at a very good price (compared with others). I also received instructions on how to install the tub and templates for drilling the faucet and drain holes according to the instruction. A few weeks later when I started to install the tub, I noticed that the drain did not match the drain that I had ordered. I called Baths of Distinction, and they immediately knew the problem (I had drilled the holes for a drain that was different from the one that I had ordered). They knew the one I needed and sent it out by UPS next day air no charge. I received the drain the next day, and I installed it that day. Everything worked great and my wife is really pleased with her new tub. This kind of service and customer support is hard to find these days especially on internet order. There are a couple of the master bath attached. We couldn't be happier with how they worked into our farm house design. Unfortunately I can't get a "good" picture of the 53" that went into our spare bath, but we're just as happy with how that one turned out as well. The request - one of the sink faucets, strainer inserts has "peeled". By that I mean a small piece of the plastic on one of the parts has come off and as a result, the faucet "sprays". I've looked at the local Home Depot/Lowe's and even picked up a "standard" replacement assembly, but that simply doesn't fit. Could I ask for a replacement set? If there's a charge, just let me know. We got the 67" double ended extra deep tub and it really lives up to it's name. I was worried that it would be difficult to get in and out of being so deep, but it's not too difficult at all. The water also stays warm forever! I used to have to run the water several times during a long bath to keep the temperature up, but with this tub it stays warm longer than I want to stay in. It is attractive, and extremely comfortable. The quality and appearance of the tub and the fixtures is great. It looks to be very durable and will last many years. My Girlfriend says it is the best Tub ever! Shipment was quick, and the packaging was substantial and protected the tub well during shipment. Installation went well, even in the limited space we had. Although the supply and drain pipes ended up in back of the tub, they still looked great. The Tub itself is thick and substantial and keeps the water warm. The hand shower unit provides just the right amount of water, a robust gentle stream that does not bounce water all over the bathroom. We looked at a few other tubs in stores and not only were they much more expensive, their shape was not nearly as nice. Our master suite now looks like a resort spa...we are very happy. Thank you. There were questions I had at the time of my purchase and Elisa was there to assist throughout. Follow-up included emails and telephone calls to my place of employment. She then monitored the shipment from their dock to my yard without me asking. Her goal was to make sure I received my bathtub on time and unscathed. Elisa did what was necessary with determination and with a high level of initiative to keep me satisfied with my purchase. On top of all that - the bathtub was gorgeous and reasonably priced! Your tub fit the need perfectly. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the tub as well as thetelephone style faucet. The tub arrived via freight on time, packaged and protected perfectly. The tub is very well designed and manufactured. The people at Sansiro were a pleasure to deal with. We were investigating all the different tubs we could find on the markeplace and Sansiro clearly had the best deal. We had lots of questions for them before we made the purchase and they were very helpful and patient with us explaining everything we asked about in detail. The tub was well packed for shipping and it arrived in excellent shape. Best of all is actually using the tub. It works great. The chromatherapy light may sound like a gimick, but I can tell you that it really makes for a nice experience to turn the room lights down and have the changing colors in the water with the jets going. The light is worth the extra money - as are all the options. We have the Victoriana faucet in oil rubbed bronze finish - it's top notch. Check the plumbing supply houses for yourself and see how much a faucet like this costs on it's own and then look at everything you have included in the Sansiro tubs and you will realize this is a good deal. Many of the other tub companies do not include a faucet with their tubs.
