'Agostino' 59" White CoreAcryl Acrylic Single Slipper Pedestal Tub and Faucet Package
Product Details
The 'Agostino' tub package is perfect for a new slant to any vintage or transitional bathroom. This delightful 59" long single slipper pedestal bathtub is larger inside than most regular single slipper tubs and the narrow roll top lip finishes its' minimalist look. It offers a more generous bathing space than any other 59" single slipper tub we know of on the market.
Installation is a breeze. By incorporating the use of an integrated drain, only a pop-up drain with a direct tail piece to the floor is needed (included with package). No measuring or cutting is required.
Finishing
The high gloss acrylic is very simple to maintain. To clean the exterior, just wipe with a soft cloth. For interior cleaning, we recommend a soft cloth and a cleaner like Simple Green, we don't recommend anything abrasive.
SanSiro Jetted Tubs - Electrical Cord Position on Tub
All of the jetted tubs in the SanSiro range use a 3' long cable 110v – 15-amp standard 3 pin plug. You have choices as to where you would like the plug on the jetting system to connect to the GFCI outlet in your home.
1 - Leave the connection under the tub. In this case, you would need to have your GFCI at the control board and not on the plug under the tub.
2.- Connect to a wall socket GFCI. You can drill holes in the outside of the tub and run the electrical cable to a wall mounted GFCI near the tub.
3 - To drill the holes, we recommend first drilling a 1/8” pilot hole and then using a 1.25” hole saw. The acrylic can chip if you use a blunt hole saw. If you have two plugs, drill two holes.
4 - You can then feed the cord through the hole(s) and attach the rubber grommet/washer we supply with some super glue or caulk. This grommet fits on the outside of the tub to prevent a rough tub edge rubbing on the electrical cord.
Just in case you need it, we include a 6’ long extension cord for each plug on the tub.
