This beautiful skirted tub is made even more elegant when finished in aged chrome, giving it a distinctively worn metal exterior appearance. This is not a glitzy tub and in fact the exterior finish is relatively subdued and subtle. While the exterior definitely looks like metal, it shows what appears to be the effects of natural aging on the surface.

The Aged Chrome is a proprietary finish developed by Baths of Distinction in 2013. It consists of several step processes for initial coating, polishing and applying a specially developed chrome particle liquid to the surface before finishing with three coats of high gloss or eggshell clear protective lacquer. The end result is a metallic worn chrome look that has been polished to show it's original sheen. It is simple to wipe clean, needing only a soft cloth
